FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENENTU PERTUMBUHAN USAHA PADA PERUSAHAAN DI JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this
study was to examine the influence of positive firm size, firm age, business
strategy, and internationalization
efforts towards business
growth partially. Business growth in this study is proxied by sales
growth and profit growth. Samples studied are the companies that get into the
Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for three consecutive years. Analytical methods used
to test the hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis The results
showed that business strategy has a significant negative impact on sales
growth. As for the other three variables, namely variable size, age and internationalization
of business there is no significant impact on sales growth. Statistical tests
for the four variables showed that none of them have a significant effect on
earnings growth.
