ANALISIS GENDER DALAM TINGKAT KECEMASAN PEMAKAI KOMPUTER DAN COMPUTER ATTITUDE KARYAWAN AKUNTANSI
ABSTRACT: This research
takes theme about
computer anxiety ( CAX)
from in perspective
of gender, computer attitude (CAT)
and the influence
to Computer Self Efficacy ( CSE) by entering locus of
control ( LoC) as moderating variable, this research is case study at the
cigarette industry in Kudus. The purpose of this study were: (1) This is to
test variable influence CAX to KPK. (2)
tested the difference
of CAX between man and women, (3) it is to test does
influence do CAT influential to KPK, (4) tested whether the CAX nfluence to KPK
would be more significant by using Locus of Control (LoC) variable as the
moderation, and (5) tested whether the CAT influence to KPK would be more
significant by using Locus of Control (LoC) variable as
the moderation. Sample
in this research by using stratified random sampling,
there were 1500 respondents, is coming from industrial employee of the cigarette.
Testing of first hypothesis, third, fourth, and fifth is done by Moderated
Regression Analysis while testing of using second hypothesis is difference test
ttest (Independent Samples T-Test). The result of these analysis showed that
CAX variable affected negatively nd significant toward CSE variable by t-test
value was –0,193 and Sig t value was 0,047; there was the difference CA between
man and woman by Sig t valuewas 0,000;and CAT variable affected significant
toward CSE too, it is showed by t-test value was –1,312 and Sig t value was
0,019 And the variable of LoC was able to moderate the CA influence toward the
CSE , and CAT influence toward the CSE too.
