PENURUNAN SERAT KASAR DAN PENINGKATAN PROTEIN KASAR SABUT KELAPA (Cocos nucifera Linn) SECARA AMOFER DENGAN BAKTERI SELULOLITIK (Actinobacillus ML-08) DALAM PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH PASAR SEBAGAI SUMBER BAHAN PAKAN

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to know crude fibre and protein content of coconut coir  which  ammoniation  and  fermented  of  cellulolytic  bacteria.  The  experimental design  using  Complete  Random  Design  (CRD)  were  four  treatments  and  five replications.  P0  as  control,  given  treatment  with  addition  40%  sterile  water.  P1 given  treatment  with  addition  of  urea  1  %,  molasses  2%,  bacterium  of  cellulolytic bacteria  1,5  x  108  CFU/ml  20%  and  40%  sterile  water.  P2  given  treatment  with addition of urea 5% and 40% sterile water. P3 given treatment with addition of urea 5%  and  40% sterile  water,  result  of  ammoniation  given  treatment  with  addition  of molasses 2% and cellulolytic bacteria 1,5 x 108 CFU/ml 20% and 40% sterile water. The obtained data were analyzed statistically by variant analysis, if there difference each every treatment continued by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Result of this  study  were  use  of  urea  5%  provided  significant  effect  on  crude  protein  and reduce the crude fiber.
