LIMBAH TEMPE DAN LIMBAH TEMPE FERMENTASI SEBAGAI SUBSTITUSI JAGUNG TERHADAP DAYACERNA SERAT KASAR DAN BAHAN ORGANIK PADA ITIK PETELUR

ABSTRACT: An experiment was conducted to evaluate the use of fermentation by waste soybean fermented  cake  (tempe)  as  corn  substitution  to  crude  fiber  and  organic  subtance  of  layer duck. This experiment used 25 layer duck, started at 24 weeks of age, divided into five type treatment of two different level of fermentation by product soybean fermented cake (tempe) and  five  replications.  Experimental method  was based  on  Completely Randomized  Design (CRD).  The  data  obtained  were  analyzed  by  variance  analysis  and  the  difference  between treatments with Duncan’s test. P0 as a control, did not use fermentation by product soybean fermented cake (tempe), P1 used waste soybean cake (tempe) 15 %, P2 used fermentation by waste  soybean  cake  (tempe)  15  %,  P3  used  waste  soybean  cake  (tempe)  30  %  and  P4  used fermentation  by  waste soybean  cake  (tempe)  30 %.  The  result  of  this  research  showed  that the  use  of  fermentation  by  waste  soybean  fermented  cake  (tempe)  as  corn  substitution  to crude fiber of layer duck was different significantly with control. The result of this research showed  that  the  use  of  fermentation  waste  soybean  fermented  cake  (tempe)  as  corn substitution to organic substance of duck layer was not different significantly with control, so it gave an effect as good as control (P0).
