SEL FOTOVOLTAIK CAIR MENGGUNAKAN ELEKTRODA CuO/C, ELEKTROLIT Na2SO4 DENGAN ALIRAN KONTINIU (SISTEM TERTUTUP)

Abstract: The use of a pair of electrodes CuO/C in photovoltaic cells using Na2SO4 as electrolyte has been achieved.The purpose of this research is to obtain the optimum conditions of  electrode pair, CuO/C, in a photovoltaic cell with a continuous flow. Current and voltage measured using 3 tubes U indoors (at 09.00 am - 3.00 pm). The optimum of temperature and duration of burning is 400oC and 1 hour with the maximum power is 1.78 mW at 12.00 am, and time the value of Isc (short circuit photocurrent) obtained is 100 mA, whereas the Voc values (open circuit voltage) was 0.07 mV, Vmp values (maximum power point current) and Imp (maximum power point voltage) that get is 0.04 mV and 65.2 mA by the fill factor (FF) is 0.3725.
