PROFIL FITOKIMIA METABOLIT SEKUNDER DAN UJI AKTIVITAS ANTIOKSIDAN TANAMAN JERUK PURUT (Citrus histrix DC) DAN JERUK BALI (Citrus maxima (Burm.f.) Merr)

Abstract: Phytochemical profile testing secondary metabolites and antioxidant activity plant of kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix Dc) and pomelo (Citrus maxima (Burm. f.) Merr) with three samples (leaves, bark, and fruit skins) has done.  Obtained results that leaves Kaffir lime containing flavonoids, phenolics, steroids, and alkaloids.  Rind containing flavonoids, phenolics, terpenoid, and coumarin, while bark containing flavonoids, phenolics, steroids, and coumarin. For pomelo, Leaves containing flavonoid, phenolics, steroids, terpenoids, alkaloid, and coumarin. Rind containing flavonoids, phenolic, steroids, terpenoids, alkaloids, and coumarin, while the bark containing flavonoids, phenolic, terpenoids, steroids and coumarin.
Each extract tested antioxidant activity and obtained results of ethyl acetate extracts of bark kaffir lime and methanol extracts of rind pomelo has the highest antioxidant activity with %inhibition 90,13% and 84,63%.  ethyl acetate extracts of bark Kaffir lime having antioxidant activity greater than methanol extracts of rind pomelo with IC50 each is 0,005 % and 0,032 %.
