Analisis Model Matematika Penyebaran Penyakit HIV dengan Koinfeksi Kolera
Abstract: HIV virus is one
of the viruses that can cause
disease Acquired Immune Deficiency
Syndrome (AIDS) by attacking the immune system. The people affected by HIV will
be susceptible to various diseases. There are various of disease that can
affect people with HIV, one of those is cholera. Therefore, when there is
cholera in HIV endemic area, it is possible to happen co infection
between HIV and
cholera. From these problems,
this thesis will be
formed the spreading model of HIV disease in cholera co infection and
analyzed the stability of model and the impact of the cholera disease in HIV
endemic areas. Based on the results of model analysis obtained two equilibrium points,
they are non
endemic equilibrium point and
endemic equilibrium point. Non endemic equilibrium point will be
asymptotically stable if the threshold value and the endemic
equilibrium point will be
inclined asymptotically
stable if the
threshold value The simulation result showed that HIV disease has
an incline to increase the risk of cholera.
