POLA PEMBINAAN PENINGKATAN PROFESIONALITAS GURU SMK KOTA MEDAN

Abstract: The  purpose  of  this  study  was:    1)  determine  the  factors associated with the development of vocational teachers , and  2) design  pattern  profesional  coaching  teacher  at  SMK.  The method used  descriptive, with survey techniques. Data collected through  the  survey  with  interviews  /  focus  group  discussions (FGD)  and  questionnares.  Ideal  testing  will  be  done  at  a  later stage    (second  year).  To  corroborate  the  findings  of  pattern formation  to  improve  the  professionalism  of  teachers  increased while  this  is  done  with  the  Focus  Group  Discussion  by presenting  educational  experts  and  practitioners  to  discuss  the models that have been made . Development of professional skills of  teachers  of  vocational  high  schools  do  by  part  of  education Medan  City,  vocational  schools  themselves,  industry  partners, professional  associations  and  by  MGMPs  containers,  P4TK, LPTK  and  Non  LPTK  and  Vocational  K3S.  In  a  test  of  the effectiveness  of  the  developed  pattern  turns  out  to  improve  the professionalism  of  teachers  is  higher  than  those  who  did  not follow the pattern that was developed.
