Analisis Pelaksanaan Manajemen Logistik di UKM Mart KPRI Tegap Ponjong Gunungkidul Yogyakarta
Abstract: The result of
research showed that: (1) the logistic management proceeded well without very
disrupting problem/constraints. The implementation of logistic management from
planning to the set logistic control, either discipline in administration or
order in performing it, thereby minimizing the fault and gap in company, (2)
the constraints encountered in the implementation of logistic management in
Mart KPRI TEGAP SMSE of Ponjong Gunungkidul Yogyakarta included: (a) delayed
merchandise delivery; (b) Less Developing Administrative Computer Technology,
(c) less planned Warehouse building and layout, (d) simple transportation
vehicle. (3) The solution to deal with the constraints in the implementation of
logistic management in Mart KPRI TEGAP SMSE of Ponjong Gunungkidul Yogyakarta
included: (a) to increase the number of merchandise supplier, (b) to improve
the administrative computer technology, and (c) to renovate the warehouse
building and to revise the warehouse layout, and (d) to provide Hand Palet.
