PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NAPZA PADA REMAJA
ABSTRACT: This study aims to
determine the effectiveness of problem-solving training to reduce drug abuse
intentions in adolescents.
The hypothesis in
this study: there
was differences of drug
abuse intentions between
group of adolescents
who were given problem
solving training (experiments group)
and groups of
adolescents who were not
given problem solving
training (control group).
Drug abuse intentions
in experiment group lower than the control. Subjects were 24 high school
students with 12 students as
experiment group and
12 students as
a control group.
Data were collected using
the Scale for
Drug Abuse Intention.
Analysis of data
using the Independent Sample
t-Test, and t
values obtained at
-4.770 (p <0.05).
Thus the subjects were
given a problem-solving training
have lower drug
use intention than subject
who were not
given Problem Solving
Training. It can be concluded
that Problem Solving Training
influenced to decreased
of drug abuse
intention in adolescents.
