PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KETIDAKAMANAN KERJA (JOB INSECURITY) DENGAN INTENSI PINDAH KERJA (TURNOVER) PADA KARYAWAN PT. BUMA DESA SUARAN KECAMATAN SAMBALIUNG KABUPATEN BERAU

Abstract: This  study  aims  to  determine  the  effect  of  job  satisfaction  and  job insecurity with the turnover intention at PT. BUMA Village Suaran Sambaliung District of Berau. The study consisted of three variables: the dependent variable turnover  intention  and  the  independent  variables  of  job  satisfaction  and  job insecurity. 
The  data  was  collected  using  a  scale.  The  samples  in  this  study  were employees  of  PT.  BUMA  Village  Suaran  Sambaliung  District  of  Berau  District 90. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. 
These  results  indicate  a  significant  difference  between  job  satisfaction and  intention  to  change  job  with  the  beta  value  =  0.019,  t  =  0.175,  and  p  = 0.009, a significant difference between job insecurity and intention to change job with the beta value = 0.160, t = 1,491 , and p = 0.014 there is influence between job  satisfaction  and  job  insecurity  with  the  intention  of  moving  the  work  to  the value of F = 1.114, R2 = 0.025, and p = 0.033
