PENERAPAN UNDANG-UNDANG PEMBERANTASAN KORUPSI DALAM PERKARA ILLEGAL LOGGING (Studi Kasus di Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Barat)
Abstrak: In recent times
illegal logging has become a very serious
crime in this country due to its impact
on environment and sustainable development. There are so many cases of illegal
logging so that the government has pledged to take special measures to overcome this problem and so do
the law enforcement officers. In some cases the prosecution officers have
implemented Anti Corruption Act, law number 31, 1999 and law number 20, 2001 to
charge the suspects besides the Forestry Act, law number 41, 1999.
