Abstract: This study
aims to determine
whether there are
differences in behavioral tendencies active
in the labor
and procrastination work
in terms of
gender, job type, age, level of
formal education and years of service. Subjects in this research is the
Bontang District Office
employees who are
85. Data were
collected by questionnaire and
analyzed using t-test and ANOVA.
Results of data
analysis in this
study obtained results
that there is no difference
behavioral tendencies active in the labor based in terms of gender, job type, age
and year of
service (p> 0:05).
It can be
concluded that only
the variation of level
of formal education
that can explain
differences in behavioral tendencies active in the labor on
the research subject with a value of F = 3,065, R2a = 0.069 and p = 0.033 (p
<0:05). Other analysis results showed that there is no differences
procrastination work based
on variation of
gender, job type,
age and level of
formal education (p>
0:05). It can
be concluded that
the only variation from
the year of
service that can
esplain difference in
procrastination work on the
research subject with
a value of
F = 2.730,
R2A = 0.110 and
p = 0.018 (p> 0:05).
