Abstract: Based on secondary
data published by the center of educational assessment national education
department, we can consider for in topic in any exam test. Research was condocted to describe the
factors that cause low maste ry learns high school math exam, for math and
science program school year 2009 /2010 in Jember district of north and
east. This result show collection methods used are questionnaires, obse
rvation, and documentation. Th e result
show come from the cause of failness are insided or outside students, teachers
do not understand the unfunction of teacher resourc e.
