Abstract: Based on secondary
data published by the center of educational assessment national education
department, we can consider for in topic in any exam test. Research was condocted to describe the
factors that cause low mastery learns high school math exam, for math n science
program school year 2009/2010 in Banyuwangi dist rict. This result show
collection methods used
are questionnaires, obser vation,
and documentation. The result
show come from the cause of failness are insided or outside students, teachers
do not understand th e unfunction of teacher resourc e.
