FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KREDIBILITAS PAMONG TERHADAP MOTIVASI WARGA BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN KESETARAAN PAKET C DI SANGGAR KEGIATAN BELAJAR (SKB) SITUBONDO TAHUN PELAJARAN 2011/2012

Abstract:  The  credibility  of  a  civil  very  influential  in  giving  learning  motivation  to learning  association.  The  credibility  of  a  tutor  motivator  is  giving  motivation  to learning  association  in  order   that  they  do  not  think  that  equivalency programs C school package just   to get the diploma but the view of the future are straight and wide. Besides that, tutor is also a communicator, facilitator, dinamisator, innovator, manager of learning and as a model worthy of emulate. This research is determine whether there are factors  - factors that affect the credibility of the tutor to give motivation to learning association of equivalency programs C learning package in Studio C Learning (LCS) Situbondo year 2011/2012. This research is quantitative, and using primary data in the f orm  of  a  questionnaire  given  to  35  residents  learn  SKB  Situbondo  C  package. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling criteria that have followed the teaching and learning process at least 1 semester, among 16 to 18 years old,  and  residents  learned  Packet  C.  Data  analysis  was  performed  with  the  help  of computer  calculations  with  the  program  Statistical  Product  and  Service  Solutions (SPSS) 16 series and testing the hypothesis with a simple linear regression method. The results of the  study showed that not all indicators of the credibility of the civil variables have a significant effect on the indicator variable equal educational learning motivation of citizens in the LCS package C Situbondo.
