Abstract: Results of the study in September-December 2008 at 6-12 months showed a decrease baduta percentage of anemia in the intervention group after administration Taburin, namely 15.7% and the control group (the placebo) the percentage increase of 7.6%. Baduta child consumes Taburin last time in December 2008 after that was not given anymore. This study aimed to explain the increase in Hb level of children at the age of 12 to 24 months and after 5-7 months was not given Taburin again. This type of research was a observational, with the draft cohort (longitudinal) was to follow and monitor the development of Hb baduta children (12-24 months) who had previously been obtained for the provision of intervention Taburin for 3 consecutive months and was a continuation of research previously done Yustiyanti Monoarfa, in 2008. The population was all children aged 12-24 months baduta. Sample was all children aged 12-24 months who had previously been given for 90 days Taburin (142 children). Hb content of data obtained through the Blood Hemoglobin Photometer hemocue brand had done 3x/bulan. 24-hour recall and health status was obtained through interviews with mothers or caretakers, data and socioeconomic characteristics of the previous researchers used data. Data processed using the SPSS program and analyzed by univariate methods, paired T-test, and Independent T-Test. The results showed there was a significant difference between the mean Hb intervention group with control over 5,6 and 7 months after the intervention was not given (p = 0.000, p = 0.000, p = 0.040). There was no a significant difference in the level of adequacy of nutrient intake between the two groups (p = 0.080, p = 0.419, p = 0.364), as well as the differences in rates of morbidity (p = 0.426, p = 0.759, p = 0.729). Taburin effects still can last up to 6 months after delivery. Recommended to the Health Department to provide Taburin after 6 months; further a`ctivate the role posyandu, to prevent the increasing prevalence of children who get anemia.
