PENTINGNYA POLITIK BIDANG KESEHATAN
Abstract: The social
determinants of health currently have become a hot topics in various events and
been acknowledged by government and international agencies. However, the
political determinants affecting health are rarely discussed. By extensive
literature review, this paper describes the concept of health and politics, the
political nature of health and the importance of politics to health. This paper
highly recommends to the school of public health both private and public
universities to study and understand the political dimensions of health for
improving better health status.
