PENTINGNYA KEPUASAN KERJA DALAM MEMEDIASI HUBUNGAN ANTARA PEMBERDAYAAN ANGGOTA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine direct and indirect effects of an integrated multidimensional  model  of  personnel  empowerment  upon  organizational commitment  continuance  (affective and continuance commitment) and considered job  satisfaction  as  key  antecedents.  The  samples  of  this  research  involved  121 first line employees at 21 companies of GINSI JATIM, distributed under proportional allocation. Data  analysis is  executed by  using AMOS 6.0 program by  Ferdinand (2006),  and  reliability  was  checked  using  Cronbach’s  Alpha  for  Internal Consistency  by SPSS Program  Versi  11.05.  Output  of the  analysis  indicated that the  personnel  empowerment  jointly  have  the  significant  influence  on  the  job satisfaction and  jointly  they  have  no  influence to  the  affective commitment  and continuance  commitment.
