PENERAPAN PRINSIP GOOD COORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RSU ANUTAPURA PALU
ABSTRACT: The Bed Occupancy
Rate (BOR) was 70.%, in 2009; the BOR was slightly increased by 81.9% in 2010,
85.4% in 2011, and 80% 2012. Based on the Survey on the Evaluation of
Satisfaction Index community (IKM) and community Complaints Index (HDI) in
2012, it was found that 13.3% of the community complained about transparency,
40% complained about accountability, 33.4% complained about justice, and the
remaining 13.3% complained about participation. This study aimed to analyze the
implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles with patient
satisfaction in the hospital of Palu Anutapura in 2013. This kind of research
was a quantitative study of cross-shopping approach (cross-sectional). The
sample was 178 hospitalized patients. Data acquisition is carried out using a
questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Chi Square test and logistic
regression test at α <5%. The results showed that there was a relationship
between Transparency with patient satisfaction with the t-hit = 1,796>
1,286.There was a relationship between Accountability with patient satisfaction
with the t-hit = 4,157> 1,286. There was a relationship between
Participation with patient satisfaction (the t-hit = 1,735> 1,286). There
was a relationship between Justice with patient satisfaction (the t-hit = 1,750>
1,286). The conclusion showed that accountability was the most influential
variables on patient satisfaction with the P = 0.000 and r = 0.437.
