KAJIAN PENERAPAN MODEL PRAKTIK KEPERAWATAN PROFESIONAL (MPKP) DALAM PEMBERIAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT
Abstract: Professional Nursing
Practice Model (PNPM) was one of the organizing system in nursing care delivery
system in level of room of ward. This model was normative model that refered
with nursing care standard. The component of model that must fullfiled in MPKP
were quantity and quality of nursing staff, facility of nursing care,
leadership, procedur of nursing round, dokumentationed knowledge of human resource
about MPKP. The aims of this research was compared normatif standart with
applied PNPM. Sample for this research was 3 ward of hospital applying MPKP for
model.Kind of this research is developmental discritive with research design
cross-sectional.Subject of this research are nurse and manajer ad for related
toPNPM. Data collecting taken to pass interview and admission filling of
kuesioner Result for research concluded that organizing, staffy, documentation,
facility and nurse’s knowledge about PNPM not yet confirm with nursing care
standard about PNPM.
