Hubungan Pengetahuan Perawat Tentang Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) dengan Kepatuhan Perawat terhadap Pelaksanaan SPO Profesi Pelayanan Keperawatan di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Purbalinggal
Abstract: Nursing as a
profession has spread changing in services aspect, education, research, and
profession, as a response to internal pursuits and external pursuits. So, SPO
is very important as an objective guidance for nurses to give nursing treatment
and as criteria for treatment evaluation. This research intends to proved
correlation between nurse’s education levels about SPO with nurse’s obedience
to implementation of SPO nursing services profession.
This research was a descriptive research with cross sectional design.
Using sample random sampling, there were 26 respondents as samples who have
inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Instruments that used were
questioner and check list and then the data was analyzed with Kendal Tau Test.
The value of r correlation coefficient between knowledge and obedience of
bed cover replace SPO was –0.267, give oral medicine SPO was 0.011, measure
body temperature SPO was 0.022, felt pulse SPO was 0.068, calculate breathing
SPO was 0.182, calculate blood pressure was 0.184. Statistically, there were no
a significant correlation between SPO knowledge and obedience to implementation
of SPO ( p value > 0,05 ) but exactly
there were a significant correlation. It can showed from r value r = -1 < 0
< 1.
High nurse’s knowledge was not always guarantee to obedience in SPO
implementation.
