Efektivitas Gentamisin Anestesi dan Iodine Povidone 10% terhadap Penyembuhan Luka Post Operasi Sectio Caesaria di RSUD Purbalingga
Abstract: The nursing focus in
the ward are client recovery condition, prevent of infection, and help stand
alone of client. So were not complications when client go home. One of wound
care method using aseptic procedure is to prevent post operate wound infections.
There are some opinion about post operative wound care with antiseptic and
antibiotic to prevent wound infection. The aim of this research to prove the
effectiveness of Gentamicyn anesthesia
and Iodine Povidone 10 % toward wound
healing process of sectio caesarea post
operative in RSUD Purbalingga.
This research was experimental method who researcher did direct
interventions to sample whom fill in inclussion and exclussion criteria. The
sample taken with purposive sampling. The sheet collected by observation sheet.
Researcher strart intervention at 3rd day post operative. The sheet collected
while dressed at 5th day post laparotomy operative. Then the sheet analyzed by
Chi Square test. Result of this research from 20 wound care sample with 10 (50
%) use Gentamicyn anesthesia 10 (50 %) and 10 (50 %) use Iodine Povidone 10 %.
They have same affectivity to prevent wound complication of sectio caesarea
operative. That evidence X2 = 0,40, X2 < 3,481, p > 0,05. So hipotesis
refused.
This study show that Gentamicyn
anesthesia have similar affectivity
to Iodine Povidone 10 % toward wound
healing process of sectio caesarea post operative in RSUD Purbalingga on
January 2008.
