GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN
ABSTRACT: Knowledge sharing is
an important part in knowledge management literature to optimize firm knowledge
resources. However knowledge sharing is not easily to produce because knowledge
sharing can not happen automatically. Leadership factor is an important factor
to encourage knowledge sharing.
The purpose of this study was to examine the role of transformational and
transactional leadership of the owner or manager of SMEs to encourage knowledge
sharing activity. Survey was conducted in the SME production sector in Province
of North Sulawesi. 176 samples were succees to collect. Than data were analyzed
with Structural Equation Model based on variants which is PLS-SEM.
The research result showed that only individual consideration and
individusl inspirational had a positive
effect to encourage
knowledge sharing. Contingent
reward, intellectual stimulaton,
and inspirational motivation were no effect to encourage knowledge sharing.
