EFEKTIVITAS BRAIN GYMDALAM MENURUNKAN STRES PADA ANAK
Abstract: Children can
experience stress due to daily activities, both at home and at school. Helping
children who are facing stress required appropriate controlling-strategies by
adults or parents. Controlling strategy must be based on the child's
developmental level. There are many ways to reduce stress in children, one of
them is by teaching children on relaxation techniques. This study aims to
determine the effectiveness of Brain Gym in reducing stress in children. The
design of experiments used is pre-testand post-testcontrol group design. The
Mann-Whitneyanalysis shows that there are significant effects of Brain Gym
training in reducing stress in children. It means that Brain Gym training for
children is very effective in reducing children’s stress.
