method Cross Sectional, sampling method used is the Non Random Sampling, the
samples taken as much 19 responder that is client pre operate for in Pre Med
ICU Anaesthesia room of Rumkital Dr. Ramelan Surabaya. Research consisted by
two variable that is free variable is therapeutic communications and veriable
nurse trussed is anxiety. This Elite data is analysed by using test Spearman Corelation
with the significant level meaning ρ < 0,05. Result of this research express
therapeutic communications by nurse goodness that is as much 10 client (53%)
from 19 responder. While level of anxiety responder experience of light anxiety
level as much 11 client (58%) from 19 responder. From obtained statistical test
of result there is relation between therapeutic communications nurse and mount
anxiety at client pre operate for in Pre
Med ICU Anaesthesia
room of Rumkital
Dr. Ramelan Surabaya
with level signifikan 0,05 (ρ < 0,00) and r = 0,913
meaning there is relation which significant. See this research hence need
effective communications use improvement existence by nurse in assisting
minimization mount anxiety.
