PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM KOMPENSASI UNTUK KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN LOGIKA FUZZY
Abstract: Knowledge economy
era, human resource capacity for creative and innovation thinking become an
important element related to the operationalization processes and the
application of information technology at the company. Not many companies are
able to answer the challenges of knowledge economy era, it can be seen from the
decreased in productivity at companies in Indonesia, especially in the PT XYZ.
This research aims to develop a compensation system using the concept of 3P
compensation concept (Pay for Performance, Pay for Position, Pay for Person)
and the application of Technology Extension (TE) to handle the payroll
administration issues. In determining the composition of compensation in
developing the company's compensation structure (case study: PT XYZ) using the
Fuzzy Weighted Product (FWP) method, is to determine the exact composition of
the compensation. Then the selection of technology related to Technology
Extension (TE) that will be used in application of the compensation system
(payroll), using the method of Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by
Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS), is to determine whether appropriate
technologies are used in the company in accordance with the circumstances that
exist. The results obtained compensation system concept of Pay for Performance,
Pay for Position, Pay for Person (3P), and appropriate technologies to be
applied in the use of compensation system (payroll) is a network-based
application.
