KAJIAN TEKNIS KINERJA ANGKUTAN ANTAR KOTA DALAM PROVINSI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

ABSTRACT: Daerah  Istimewa  Yogyakarta  (  DIY  )  be  the  node  transportation  network  is  essential  as  the  link  between cross-town in the southern  island of Java . The development of every aspect of DIY escalating demands the existence  of  a  means  of  transportation  that  is  able  to  serve  the  need  /  demand  for  good  local  transport services for the movement of people as well as for the movement of goods  within and between regions. In the Provincial Inter-City Transport (AKDP) be one important means to support development in the province. This  study  aims  to  determine  the  technical  performance  AKDP  DIY  in  2012  and  compare  it  with  the performance  in  the  two  previous  years,  as  well  as  linking  with  the  existing  service  standards.In  this  study,  the  required  secondary  data  and  primary  data.  Secondary  data  were  obtained  from  the appropriate  agencies,  a  number  of  the  existing  route,  through  which  the  trajectory,  as  well  as  AKDP performance in 2010 and in 2011. While the primary data obtained in 2012 by conducting surveys on the ground to determine the route changes , the magnitude of load factor , headway , speed , and other indicators of operating AKDP busing.
Based on the results of analysis show that in 2012 , there are 17 who are still active stretch of 40 trajectories according  to  the  Governor  SK  DIY.  S  trajectory  over  the  last  three  years  did  not  change  significantly. Judging  from  the  value  of  the  headway  and  the  load  factor,  the  general  development  of  the  transport performance AKDP for 3 ( three ) years has decreased. Meanwhile, when viewed from the average speed, performance  is  relatively  fixed.  In  2010,  2011,  and  2012  have  AKDP  transport  headway  respectively  by 27.53 minutes, 18.92 minutes, and 39.51 minutes. While the value of the load factor of 35.60 % in 2010, 36.85 % in 2011 , and 27.94 % in 2012 . The speed of the fleet in 2010, 2011 , and 2012 amounted to 9.21 km / h , 9.62 km / h and 9.35 km / h . Based on the criteria of the World Bank , all performance indicators AKDP not meet the standards. By looking at the poor performance of the service, it is necessary to advance efforts of the government as the regulator in order to increase the performance AKDP.
