ABSTRACT: Public transport
should contribute positively
to solve urban
problems, such as
congestion and some derivatives issues such as pollution,
wasted fuel and lost time value. This could happen if the public transport to
be excellent in transportation. That is, that the good public transport would
be interesting for people to switch modes from the use of private vehicles to
public transport use. However, the current conditions, the performance of poor
public transport and the number of users is also declining. This phenomenon
must be sought the cause. One to find out why this problem occurs is to look at
or analyze the characteristics of the current user and movement patterns. By
knowing the characteristics and movement of public transport users at this
time it can
be to help
provide input for
improvement of the
performance of public
