RANCANG BANGUN WEBSITE UNIVERSITAS JANABADRA DENGAN TEKNIK SEO (SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMITAZION) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGUNJUNG WEB
ABSTRACT: Internet technology became one of
the maintools for people to find information. On today,
internet technologys getting cheaper and easily accessible with a variety
of existing communication
equipment. Hence, internet technology can be used as a tool to market a
product. In this research, conducted design a website to promote Janabadra
University. In designing the website is also combined with the technique of SEO
(Search Engine Optimization) is to
optimize the website to be
displayed on the main page on
these archengines. SEO techniques can be grouped into two: internal
factors and external factor. Internal factors relating to the
content of websites that should always be renewed and is informative and related to the
keyword that's embedded in the source code. External factors related to link
popularity and registration url on various social net working sites or ads on
the internet. Website built with the programming language PHP with Code Igniter
framework, MySQL as the database server, Apache server as a web server with the
help of Macromedia Dreamweaver and designed with Linux Ubuntu 11.10 operating
system.
