ALAT VISUALISASI PROSES PENGKONDISIAN UDARA
ABSTRACT: Air Conditioning Engineering
Visualization tools have been studied in this research. Air conditioning
technique needs to be done to change the properties of air in accordance with the
needs of the conditioned air. Engineering Laboratory Refrigeration & Air
Conditioning State Polytechnic Padang requires visualization tools for use in
the practice of students. This tool can visualize the process of heating,
cooling, humidifying and dehumidifying by using the component heat exchanger
and water spray. Components of the water tank used for supplying heat energy
that is channeled into the heat exchanger so as to obtain variations in the
temperature of the air stream to heat transfer to these systems. The test results
show that this visual tool to provide air condition out of the heat exchangers
and a water spray into the process of change in order to obtain air
conditioning (heating, cooling, humidifying and dehumidifying). Heater used to
raise the temperature of water in the tank until 70oC
and move the heat through heat exchangers to the air flowing averaging around 10,6oC, so
that air can be increased at this temperature.
