AKURASI MESIN BUBUT TRAINING UNIT CNC TU-2A MELALUI PENGUKURAN DIAMETER PRODUK
ABSTRACT: Research concerning
examination of lathe accusation of training unit of CNC TU-2A conducted to know
do pertinent machine still can function with accusation 0.01 mm as according to
specification which recommendation by his manufacturer. Method the used is product
experimental, where data measurement of dimension the obtained to be to be processed
by descriptive lash statistically. Activity started from making of product
sample with materials of toreador B (ex. Austrian) diameter 22 mm and long 100
mm. Result the obtained is recommendation accuracy of machine used for the
production of making of sample is 21,0063mm (still in limit of[is specification
of < 0.01mm).
