STUDI EKSPLANATIF PENGARUH TINGKAT KREATIVITAS PRODUKSI KERAJINAN SAMPAH TERHADAP TINGKAT KEBERDAYAAN EKONOMI KOMUNITAS PENGRAJIN SAMPAH DI JAMBANGAN SURABAYA
Abstract: This research aims
to answer the research question whether there is influence between the level of
creativity to produce the craft waste of economic empowerment of village
communities in Jambangan. This study took place in Surabaya Jambangan village.
Underlying problem is the sewage treatment success independently by the village
community Jambangan. As you well know, humans would generate the waste. Trash
is a problem that can not be underestimated, because the waste can provide a
broad impact in solving the problem there is no definite formula. Type of research is a type of explanative
research. The population in this study were residents in the Village Jambangan
Surabaya. Overall the respondents were women, namely the environmental cadres
and people who become waste craft craftsman. This study sampled 30 respondents
of the total population, with consideration of the homogeneity of the
population and the efficiency of time, effort and money. The questionnaire used
as the primary data collection tool. Data analysis technique used was simple
linear regression analysis technique, which is a statistical test used to
determine the effect of two variables. The amount of influence a given variable
levels of creativity with the community waste craft production variable rate of
economic empowerment of the community waste in craft production amounted to
45.9%. It means
that the variable
level of creativity
crafts community litter production was strong enough influence
in the formation of the economic empowerment of the community of craft
production in Jambangan. The practical
implications of this research, is expected to provide input on policy makers to
make policy begins with an expression of aspiration, or request support from
the community, while the academic implications of this research can provide
insert for the development of the State administration, especially in the study
of Community Resource Management Study (HRM) by means of optimizing the role of
human resources in order to become a helpless man.
