STUDI DESKRIPTIF TENTANG FRAUD PREVENTION STRATEGY YANG DITERAPKAN OLEH BADAN PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN (BANDIKLAT) PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR
Abstract: Public complaints
about bad service by reform of apparatus Government much happen. To deal with
these problems, Badan Diklat East Java province provides the opportunity for
the establishment of apparatus Government to take education and training. Badan
Diklat of East Java province implement the training uses the strategy. The
strategy is called Fraud Prevention Strategy. This analysis is described in
Fraud Prevention Strategy by the Board of education and training in the
training activities of the material (the local government apparatus). The
techniques of data collection will be done by direct observation, in-depth
interviews, documentation, and also triangulation. Based on data obtains in the
field, it shows that the Fraud Prevention Strategy’s concept in the Training of
East Java through leadership, training and education material in the Pact of
integrity to answer the problem of cheating in the reform of local government.
