STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PENYULUHAN KEHUTANAN DI KABUPATEN BARITO UTARA, KALIMANTAN TENGAH
Abstract: This research aim to
to: ( 1) to expressing meaning of forestry counselling [of] pursuant to in
perpective [of] key-informant; ( 2) to diging problems and aspiration expanding
area of forestry counselling; and ( 3) to identify strength, weakness, opportunity
and threatness to compile the strategy of development of counseling of forestry at North Barito regency. The Research is located
on North Barito Regency, Middle
Kalimantan Province. This located was selected as research place because North
Barito Regency to be represented which is usually made as model of counseling.
The Result of research show hat the Strategy of development of forestry
counselling able to be developed is a) exploiting of medium infra structure,
available fund, limited extension agent energy and make-up of interaction of
extension agent with the society which have constructive better by using
counselling policy; ( b) the make-up of outside party role ( NGO and timber
company) and area policy supporting development of counselling activity; ( c)
the make-up of capacities and interest of extension agent energy (forestry,
self-supporting and social worker) and improvement network with the parties;
and ( d) support to publish PERDA Counselling which is in supported fund
budget, make-up of amount and quality of forestry counselling so that can
improve the awareness of target group to forest continuity.
