RENDEMEN DAN KUALITAS MINYAK ATSIRI JAHE (Zingiber officinale Rose)
Abstract: Science and
technology development because more and more attention keep increasing about
medicines plant. Plant among others is Jahe. Jahe could using to need various
among others to industry raw material. Jahe can to making volatile oil. The
research have something find out Quality and Quantity Volatile Oil Jahe Jahe
(Zingiber officinale Rose).Plant Jahe using is the research age 3-4 month from
vilage Sungai Langsat, Disctrict Simpang Empat, Pengaron, South Borneo. Treatment
without drying up quantity average is 0.229%, drying up days 5 quantity 0.237%,
drying up days 10 quantity is 0.224%, drying up days 15 quantity is 0.284% and
days 20 is 0.265%. The coulour producing is yellow until brown, BD 0.85 – 0.90,
indeks bias 1.481 – 1.491, Sineol (%)
is 91.66 – 95.0. The quantity is the
most drying up days 15 and wuality jahe draying more high than jahe without
draying up. The product volatile oil
Jahe quality agree with rules and regulation quality Jahe.
