PREFERENSI KONSUMEN TERHADAP PRODUK OLAHAN DAGING SAPI DI KOTA SORONG
ABSTRACT: This research aim to
know storey level hobby of consumer to product on beef product. This research take
place during 2 week, started from 26 December 2004 until the 8 January 2005 in
Sorong. taken sampel cover 3 distric that is Canton Sorong East, Sorong and
West Sorong. Method Research the taken on descriptive with technique interview
and perception, while research subyek is consumer which consuming product on
beef . Result of research indicate that consumer preferency more diseminating
on product type on beef product fresh which on the market producer but group at
earnings storey level. Besides, consumer in Sorong to have high hobby storey
level to product of bakso because owning young cheap price and also accessed.
Consumer have a notion that practical benefit represent especial reason of
energy accept them in consuming of beef product. Result of research indicate
that sausage product recommended to be produced in Sorong if its accessed easy
and cheap price so that can be reached by all earnings faction.
