PENGARUH SUSUNAN PARTIKEL TERHADAP SIFAT MEKANIK (MoE dan MoR) PAPAN SEMEN PARTIKEL KAYU ULIN (Eusidexylon zwageri T.Et.B)
Abstract: The aim of this
experiment is to know the effects of
particle layers on mechanical characteristics (MoE dan MoR) of cement particle board of
ulin wood in order to optimizing waste
of saw mill industry. The treatments of this experiment is layering of particle
size, first treatment is small particles,
big particles and small particles and the second treatment is big
particles, small particles and big particles. MoE value of every treatment are
highly significant difference, average
value of MoE of first treatment is
15,463.72 Kg/cm2 and second treatment is 19,452.97 Kg/cm2. Anerage value of MoR
of first treatment is Kg/cm2 and second
treatment is 16.66 Kg/cm2. MoR value of first treatment is higher than second treatment.
Based on this experiment can be concluded that cement particle board with three layers of particle sizes are small
particle, big particles and small particles is better on mechanical
characteristics than the other one.
