PENGARUH SIMPLIFIKASI PROSEDUR PELAYANAN PENGURUSAN SERTIFIKAT TANAH TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN PEMOHON (Studi Eksplanatif Tentang Program Larasita “One Day Service” di Desa Kemiri Kecamatan Sidoarjo Kabupaten Sidoarjo)
Abstract: The aim of this
research is to answer the issue of research that is, whether simplifikasi
procedures impact on the degree of satisfaction supplicants in population land
certificates and to explain how its influence. This research take the site in
the village of candlenut sidoarjo. That is the rationale behind the problem is
low levels of enthusiasm of the people sidoarjo in terms of management
certificate the ground. Since enactment of the law of the republic of indonesia
number 22 / 1999 on local governments that next changed with act of republic of
indonesia no.32 2004, is expected to provide real impact broad to increasing
the service for people. First, but of a number of research have been known that
the degree of satisfaction supplicants in terms of the issuance of land
certificates tends to minimal in this need the simplification of the service
that more significant from the government. The emergence of a system of
simplification service in terms of land management certificate is a program
larasita also the rationale behind this research. With the existence of this
program larasita giving indications that the increasing simplification service
on the maintenance of land certificates larasita then going to grow level
satisfaction supplicants in terms of management certificate the ground. So as
to from the problem of this research was trying to figure out the influence of
between the two variables such, namely simplifikasi procedures and satisfaction
supplicants. This research using a method of quantitative with type research
eksplanatif. Population in this research is all residents of the village of
candlenut who have tasted or follow a course larasita. While used as a sample
is largely the case. The technique of the collection of data used, first is
primary data that is obtained through an interview structured by using a
questionnaire. Second, data obtained from secondary source a second or source
is needed. Engineering data analysis is a technique that is used simple, linear
regression analysis which is a statistical test used to know the influence of
two variables. From the analysis result obtained the conclusion that
simplifikasi procedures impact on the degree of satisfaction supplicants in
population land certificates on program larasita. The magnitude of variable
influence simplifikasi procedures is 52,3 % and the rest influenced by other
variables.
