EFEKTIVITAS MANAJEMEN DANA BANTUAN OPERASIONAL SEKOLAH (BOS) DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN (Studi Kasus Pengelolaan Dana BOS di SDN Pacarkeling 1 Surabaya)
ABSTRACT: This study aims to
answer the research question how the implementation of organizational
effectiveness in the management of school operational funds (BOS). Researchers
used qualitative research methods with descriptive type. The selection of
informans was done by purposive sampling and further developed using the
snowball technique. Data were obtained through a process of observation and
in-depth interviews, as well as utilizing the data source and data retrieval
documents online. Triangulasi data validity is tested trough the data source so
that data presented are data absh. Analysis and interpretation of data is done
by reviewing all data available either obtained through in-depth interviews as
well as utilization of the data source document, then sorted out, combined and
grouped or categorized and set the series link.
Based on the results of this study concluded that the effectiveness of
school organization in the management of school operational funds in SDN
Pacarkeling 1 Surabaya shows that the effectiveness of a school organization to
improve the quality of education to achieve the goal itself BOS. With the
achievement of the BOS, the quality of education and student learning
competence in schools become better.
