OPTIMALISASI PRODUKSI PADA INDUSTRI KAYU LAMINA DI PT.CAHAYA SAMTRACO UTAMA SAMARINDA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE LINDO
Abstract: This study aims to
determine the optimal revenue from wood lamina that afforded by PT Samtraco
produced are block Laminating, Finger Joins Laminating, Finger Joins Laminating
Board, Solid, and Beams, to determine the output of the combination of business
models so that the wood lamina production facilities can be used up. Location
the study in the village of Loa Duri, the district of Sungai Kunjang Samarinda.
Model I results the optimal gross opinion where U$ 1,217,250 in exchange U$1
equal to Rp 9.800 gross revenue of Rp 11,929,050,000 then the obtained value of
the net income of Rp.1,252,550,250. Model II optimal value of the net income of
U$ 1,240,000 gross revenue of Rp 12.152 billion, net income of Rp. 1.27596
billion. Model III optimal value of the net income Rp. 1.394932 billion. Based
on the optimal revenue from each model, the raw material cost of timber
production dominant of lamina wood which reached 57% in the model I, 59% in the
model II, and 61% in the model III,
electricity and labor below 10%.
