Abstract: Target of this
research is to analyses wide and spreading of Green Open Space of Banjarbaru
based on land cover condition, area wide, amount of residence, and CO2 that
have been produced: making simulation of green open space requirement until
year 2030. Based on result analysis of land cover, estimate of green open space
wide of Banjarbaru achieve 26.577,54 hectare or about 71,56 percent of
Banjarbaru total wide (37.138 hectare) and the rest is non vegetation area for
the width of 10.560,47 hectare or about
28,44 %. Based on land cover existing condition in year 2010, in
Banjarbaru needn't be increased of Green Open Space wide because still
sufficient. While for recommendation to increasing of Green Open Space wide for
the North Banjarbaru District, in the year 2020 is 3.74 hectare. For year 2030,
South Banjarbaru district is 104.05 hectare, North Banjarbaru district for the
width of 331.20 hectare and Liang Anggang district for the width of 138.24
hectare, even though, Cempaka district and Landasan Ulin district needn't be
increased of Green Open Space wide. Trembesi/ Ki Hujan (Samanea saman), Angsana
