JENIS-JENIS FUNGI TANAH PADA AREAL REVEGETASI Acacia mangium Willd DI KECAMATAN CEMPAKA BANJARBARU
Abstract: Aim of this research
is to know type, and distribution and abundance of soil fungi at revegetation area of Acacia mangium Willd
at ex coal-mine area, district of Cempaka, Banjarbaru. This Research is done by
5 phase that is take of soil sampel with Acacia mangium stand, isolation of
soil fungi (method of pour plate, with SDA medium), identify soil fungi (
system of Saccardo), measurement of physical parameter and environmental
chemistry (soil temperature, pH, C organic, total N, and total P). 24 species
of fungi could isolation at acacia areal. Genus of Penicillium is group which
dominating with Important Index Value 70,40%. Land under revegetation area with
Acacia mangium stand not yet fertil, because its amount of soil fungi under
0,1-1 million Cfu g-.
