Inovasi Pelayanan Paspor di Kantor Imigrasi (Studi Tentang Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Surat Perjalanan Republik Indonesia di Kantor Imigrasi Klas I Khusus Surabaya)

Abstract: Identity  is  a  mandatory  requirement  that  must  be  possessed  by  every  citizen  who  will  be  traveling  abroad.  Class  I  Designated Immigration Office Surabaya is an institution Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the authorities in providing travel documents abroad /  passport.  Passport  services  increases  every  year.  Increasing  the  petition  is  accompanied  by  a high  satisfaction  index. From  this  it  can  be  seen  that  there is  innovation  in  the  Office  of the  Immigration  Class  I  Designated  Surabaya  to  improve  the quality  of  service  to  the  community.  The  discussion  paper  is  more  focused  on  innovation  contained  in  the  Immigration  Class  I Designated  Surabaya  according  to  Damanpour  and  Attributes  innovation  perspective  of  Rogers  and  describe  the  quality  of services contained in the Immigration Class I Special Surabaya.
