Implementasi Program Jaminan Persalinan di RSUD Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Gresik, Provinsi Jawa Timur
Abstract: This study focuses
on the implementation of Jampersal program that is still fairly new program in
the field of health insurance.This research will reveal a variety of phenomena
in the execution of implementation contained in IbnuSina Hospital Gresik, East Java
and the various factors that affect the implementation of the program.The
method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive
type. The data collection was done by using in-depth interviews, observation
and documentation. Mechanical determination of informants, using key informants
who subsequently developed through purposive snowball technique. The process of
data analysis was done by grouping and combining the data obtained, and also
establishes a series of corresponding relationships between the data.While the
validity of the data was tested through triangulation of data sources so that
the data presented is valid data.The results of this study indicate that
JAMPERSAL program at IbnuSina Hospital Gresik in addition influenced by several
factors: resources, bureaucratic structure, communication, disposition,cand
target group.There are also other factors that appear in the environment of the
target group, namely cultural factors. The cultural factors associated with
religion it's called nikahsirih. That's
why, in the field, Jampersal requirements previously required to include a
marriage certificate be mandatory. That's because the people who married by
unregistered marriages does not have a
marriage certificate. The policy was made in order to cover the entire target
of Jampersal programs
