CAPACITY BUILDING ORGANISASI DALAM PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KANTOR KECAMATAN TAMAN KABUPATEN SIDOARJO
Abstract: The problem research
in this thesis is how the Kantor Camat Taman develops capacity building in the
public service. This study is considered important by researchers because the
position is no longer head of the subdistrict administrative area but has
become the area where the work is done partly delegation of authority to the
sub-district head of regents. Delegation of authority, the foundation made a
major capacity building to optimize public services sector in this region
districts. Qualitative research method with the case study type explains the
development of capacity building at Kantor Camat Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo. This
study indicates that the existing organizational capacity building in Kantor
Camat Taman has been done towards good result. This can be seen by readiness
and strategy in optimizing their public service. Repair rejuvenation buildings,
facilities and infrastructure fulfillment services, utilization of human
resources, and also the process of good leadership. These things make the
development of capacity as the delegation of authority implications of regents
to the sub-district head can be optimally implemented.
