Implementasi Program Jaminan Persalinan (Jampersal) di Puskesmas Ngrayun (Studi Deskriptif Tentang Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Implementasi Program Jampersal di Puskesmas Ngrayun Kabupaten Ponorogo)
Abstract: Jampersal program is
a program of health service coverage from the government that issued in 2011.
It aims to improve public access to pregnancy and childbirth health care
through medical personnel and adequate health facilities. Discussion in this
study emphasizes on capability of jampersal program to be implemented to the
society and focus on the factors that influence implementation of Jampersal
program in Ngrayun clinics. In general, the implementation of Jampersal program
in Ngrayun clinics have been conducted in the appropriate guidelines and
specified instructions. The supporting factors in the implementation of
Jampersal program are the existence of a clear coordination between the
implementing organization structures, there is a fairly high disposition from
the executive staff, and there are positive supports from the community to
jampersal program.While the inhibits factors are the socialization process to
the community are not maximum yet and the funding system of medical cost
additional must be burdened by the jampersal participants own.
