DIVERSITAS VEGETASI HUTAN HUJAN TROPIS PADA AREAL BEKAS TEBANGAN DI HPH. PT.AYA YAYANG KABUPATEN TABALONG KALIMANTAN SELATAN
Abstract: The research was
undertaken as an initial step to evaluate diversity of vegetation as the result
of logging. The objectives of the study
was to determine and analyze the change of vegetation at log over area by
during 0 (zero) year and 1 (one) year. Vegetation observation was done using 1
ha with Nested sampling method. Data
analysis was used with Important Value Index
and Diversity Index. The results indicated the differences of species
number of vegetation at study area.
Shorea spp and Dipterocarpus spp were dominated at logged over
area. Diversity Index value at study
area was low diversity
