ANALISIS BIAYA DAN PENDAPATAN INDUSTRI MEBEL JATI DI BANJARBARU KALIMANTAN SELATAN
Abstract: Teakwood furniture
industry is one form industry in Banjarbaru, kalsel. This industry start to
blaze and compete with other local furniture industry. This research aim to
know how many cost and income from teakwood furniture industry, because
Kalimantan is first supplier tropic natural wood like meranti, ramin and ulin
whereas teakwood is plant which is multiply in Java island. From this research,
get total income account IDR 909,500,000; total production cost have been
released is IDR 657,521;000 total income IDR 251,979,000 and BEP Rp. IDR
426,237,500,-. In this research we know if teakwood furniture industry is once
beneficial industry in South Kalimantan because have many interested person.,
eventough the price this furniture more expensive than local furniture.
Although, raw material delivered from Java, it isn’t ostacle for producer, cause fluent realtive from distribution and
readiness raw material.
