STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI YAYASAN LEMBAGA KONSUMEN INDONESIA (YLKI) YOGYAKARTA DALAM MELINDUNGI HAK DAN KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA
Abstract: As a Non
Governmental Organization which moves in the field of consumer protection, YLKI
positions “themselves” as an institution that has functions to empower consumer
rights so as to encourage producers to have a responsibility toward the
products produced and not detrimental to the consumers. However, during this
attempt from YLKI haven’t considered answer the question about encourage
producers to have a responsibility toward their products, so that they will not
detrimental to the consumers. When this basic issue has “yet to be considered
by the community then it becomes the assignment from YLKI to convince and take
concrete steps in informing society about their rights. Therefore, a question
that is flourished around the protection of consumers is how the communication
strategy of the Consumer Institute Foundation (YLKI) Yogyakarta Indonesia in
protecting the rights and welfare of society has been done.
